To bridge this gap, iACADEMY presents Before You Clock In: General Assembly, an orientation that prepares third-year incoming intern students for their internship program. The session explains the program’s goals, structure, and timelines in a clear and student-friendly way. It also introduces Internship Readiness activities, helping students understand what they will do and why each step matters.

More than a simple orientation, it includes negotiation skills, and workplace expectations discussions. Truly, the General Assembly is a preparation platform.
