1. Send an email expressing intent together with the school ID to registrar@iacademy.edu.ph prior to the enrollment period of the term in which you plan to re-enroll.
2. Wait for the readmission link to be sent by the Registrar.
(For those students who went AWOL you have to process and file LOA first)
3. Fill out the necessary details needed for the readmission and wait for the email confirmation from the portal on the status of your application.
4. The student’s readmission form will be automatically routed to the Academics and Registrar for approval.
5. Once readmission is approved, you will be notified via email and your iSIMS account will be reactivated.
6. Access your iSIMS and enlist your subjects. You may also consult with the Program Chairperson for advising.

a. Letter from the parents stating the reason for the request, with signatures
b. Parent’s valid ID.
3. The Registrar will email the link for online clearance that the student needs to fill out.
4. The student will receive an email notification each time a department signs his/her clearance or if
he/she has a deficiency with any of the departments.
5. The student will receive an email notification once the clearance is complete.

1. The student will present any valid ID to the RO staff so as to verify and check his/her records. (The RO staff will get the folder of the student to check if the student already completed his/her requirements and signed clearance for the undergraduate students)
2. The student will have to fill out the requisition form. The RO Staff will verify the request and indicate the corresponding amount of the request.
3. The student will go to the Cashier for payment.
4. The student will go back to the Registrar's Office and present the requisition form with the attached official receipt.
The RO Staff will get the requisition form and return the receipt to the student (it will serve as the claim stub of the student).

1. The Student will email Registrar’s Office regarding request of documents
The Registrar’s office then checks credentials and other academic requirements of the student (If the student does not have any liabilities, he/she will be requested to pay online. If the student has liabilities, he/she will be advised to settle these first before any of the requested documents can be processed).

A.2 Student will fill out the form and send back to RO
A.3 The Registrar’s office will confirm the request, the amount to be paid including the payment instructions (bank deposit details).
A.4 The Student can now proceed to payment of the necessary fee, then he/she should email the Finance and Registrar of the photo/scanned copy of the validated deposit slip.
A.5 Finance will confirm the payment.
B. If the student will request and pay via online
B.1 The Registrar’s Office will confirm the requested documents of the student. Then, will send the link for online requisition and payment

All regular students will be automatically enlisted in the subjects offered according to their program/course and current block. The Registrar will post the list of regular students on the iACADEMY website and Registrar Facebook Page.
For irregular students, they must enlist their subjects to enroll in their iSIMS account. Students shall enlist their subjects during the enlistment period. To enlist:
a. Student must access his/her iSIMS account
b. Proceed to the registration tab
c. Select the subjects and schedule
d. Once done, select the mode of payment and save
FOR ONSITE ENROLLMENT:
1. If you’re already enlisted, please get the draft Registration Form to the College Academic Assistants. If not, you may proceed to the enlistment area to enlist your subjects to enroll for Term 3.
2. A student who incurred a failing mark must go to his/her Program Chairperson for advising.
3. Once done, students will go to the Registrar to bring the draft Registration form.

If the student is qualify to graduate, the student must file for application for graduation and graduation clearance. The Registrar's office is posting an announcements for the filling of the said forms and the list of candidate for graduation.
The graduation fee cover the costs associated with degree processing. The graduation fee is due and payable even if the student is not participating in the commencement exercises as it will be used to help defray the cost of diploma, transcript of records, verification and certification, academic attire rental (toga and hood), graduation cap, graduation photo and other commencement fee.

Summer class is not applicable for College.
Ensure that you do not have any deficiency. Visit the Registrar's office or send an email to registrar@iacademy.edu.ph together with scanned or picture of any valid. If the grades from last term are not yet posted, an early enrollment waiver that must be signed by the parents for the modification of enrolled subjects in the event that the student acquired a failure grade.
Please be advised that the isims account for freshman students will be sent through your iACADEMY email address on the 1st to 2nd week from the start of your classes.

Your iSIMS account and other school accounts are deactivated if your currently not enrolled. However it may be reactivated once you filled for readmission and was approved
The student must file for shifting of course in the Registrar's Office. Onc the shifting form is approved by the Academics and Registrar' Office, his/her subjects will be evaluated to the new course and will be forwarded to the student's new Chairperson for the enlistment of subjects or advise.
The student must file for Re-admission. Once the readmission is approved by the Academics and Registrar, we will activate the student's isims account for the enlistment of subjects. Please send an email to registrar@iacademy.edu.ph for the readmission form.
Dean's list certificate are issued by the Registrar's Office. However, please check first if your name is on the posted list before requesting.
ONSITE ENROLLMENT is highly encouraged.

For students with Student ID starting with 2022-xxxxx: Once the Admissions Office has confirmed your enrollment, they will send you your student number, student email and password. You will use this to access your iACADEMY email, login here https://mail.google.com/ with your iACADEMY email credentials.
Additional reminders:
· The user will be required to change the password on the first login at mail.google.com.
· We recommend using a strong and unique password that consists of Upper/Lower case, numbers and symbols.
· We recommend activating 2-way factor authentication for additional security.
For continuing students with Student ID starting with 2021-xxxxx: To access iACADEMY email, login at mail.google.com. Should you encounter login errors, kindly take a screenshot of the system message and send it to infotech@iacademy.edu.ph so our IT Team may take a look into the matter.
