iACADEMY marks a new milestone in real estate education as Mr. Jan-Loven Marc De Los Reyes, an alumnus of the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, Class of 2025, officially passed the December 2025 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

This achievement makes De Los Reyes the first-ever Real Estate Consultant produced by iACADEMY, placing the institution among only eight schools nationwide whose graduates successfully passed the examination, with iACADEMY recording a 100% passing rate for its first-time taker.

Beyond consultancy, this milestone reinforces iACADEMY’s strong track record in real estate education. The institution has consistently produced licensed real estate brokers and appraisers, including double topnotchers, and top performing school, cementing its position as one of the country’s leading schools for future real estate professionals.
