iACADEMY

Founded in 2019, iNSIGHT stands as iACADEMY’s official Psychology Society, driven by students dedicated to promoting mental wellness, empathy, and holistic development.

Designed as a safe and supportive space on campus, the organization helps students grow academically, emotionally, and socially through workshops, seminars, advocacy efforts, and community-centered initiatives. Anchored in positivity, empathy, and technological awareness, iNSIGHT develops future leaders, collaborators, and changers equipped for real-world impact.

What further distinguishes iNSIGHT is its strong ecosystem of partnerships and its expanding scope beyond traditional psychology initiatives. Strengthened by collaborations with partner brands, sponsors, and reputable organizations, iNSIGHT bridges psychological theories with practical, industry-relevant competencies in both mental health and human resource development. After a year-long hiatus, the organization was successfully reaccredited and marked its return by becoming the first student organization to conduct a Town Hall in September, signaling renewed leadership and engagement. Throughout the academic year, iNSIGHT has remained active in major institutional initiatives, including Org Drive 2025, SBLA Week, Psych Summit 2025, and the Acquaintance Party 2025, while also preparing upcoming programs in partnership with NGOs and reputable local organizations. These experiences equip members with emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and people-centered skills essential for both personal growth and professional practice.
