iJMA (iACADEMY Junior Marketing Association)

iACADEMY Junior Marketing Association (iJMA) stands as one of the institution’s newest and most promising student organizations, born from a vision rooted in community, creativity, and leadership. What began as an idea from Ms. Asiana Aguilar, now the CSO President, quickly evolved into a mission shared by students determined to build something meaningful for the next generation of marketers and innovators.
With the support and encouragement of Dean JV Padua, a core group of second-year students, Teresa Viste, Hans Nastor, Scott Dela Cerna, Sydney Tugade, and Kurt Reyes, took the first courageous steps to bring this vision to life. Together, they laid the foundation of an organization shaped not just by academic aspirations, but by the desire to cultivate a supportive, collaborative environment where students feel empowered to explore their potential.
iJMA was created for more than just Marketing Management majors. At its heart is a commitment to inclusivity, welcoming students from all programs who share curiosity, drive, and the passion to create. The organization recognizes that marketing thrives on diversity, diverse ideas, skills, perspectives, and people. By promoting cross-program collaboration, iJMA nurtures a space where creativity can flourish and where students are encouraged to approach challenges with innovation and purpose.
Beyond honing technical knowledge, iJMA aims to mold future leaders who embody integrity, teamwork, and initiative. The organization seeks to equip its members with real-world experience, opportunities for professional growth, and a community that celebrates individuality while supporting collective success.
What truly motivates the founders is the concept of legacy. iJMA is built not only for the students of today, but for those who will follow, ensuring that each generation inherits a stronger, more vibrant platform for growth. Through its programs, culture, and commitment, iJMA stands ready to leave a lasting impact on iACADEMY, shaping the future of student leadership one marketer at a time.
