The launch was executed in a symbolic sequence: positioned at the center stage, Dr. Gian Alcantara delivered a short message underscoring the importance of removing barriers in education. As he spoke, Mr. Clarence Gomez, Senior Manager for Admissions and Corporate Communications, and Ms. Anna Fernandez, Senior Manager for the Office of Student Affairs and Services, physically opened the doors. Immediately after, members of the Faculty of Academics waved their hands to welcome the incoming students, a clear sign that every Game Changer is valued and supported from the very beginning. The moment was projected live on the LED screen, ensuring all freshmen could witness the gesture.

The Open Door Policy ensures that mentorship and guidance are within reach, whether for artists refining portfolios, coders solving technical challenges, or business students shaping new ventures. It reinforces iACADEMY’s identity as a community where faculty and students work side by side.

By launching this policy at UG SOAR, iACADEMY delivered a powerful message: here, no doors stand in the way of growth, ideas, and shared success.
