Makati school tops July 2025 real estate appraisers licensure exam

iACADEMY earned the distinction, adding to its consistent record of excellence in Real Estate Management board exams. The school was also named Top Performing School in 2024 and 2022 and achieved a perfect passing rate in 2021.
Graduates of the Makati-based school also ranked among the topnotchers this year: Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista (2nd place, 91.00%), Rose Abelyn Yu Tan (4th, 90.00%), Hanilet Cornelio Leonin (5th, 89.50%), Mia Angela De Leon Tioseco (6th, 89.00%) and Monica Shiena Sagad Molmisa (7th, 88.50%).
