In 2019, there was an increase with the numbers of cyclists in the Philippines and in proportion with it was the increase of cycling accidents with 1,759 cases in the same year and 3,026 cases in 2020 (MMDA). The number of cycling accidents were increasing year by year which raised a question on how to increase safety during cycling. \nIncorporating research articles, personal interviews and product surveys, this research shows the benefits of implementing safety and emergency features to a Emergency Collision Helmet Online (ECHO). It provides detailed research on the health benefits of cycling, importance of cycling safety and helmets. The popularization of cycling during the pandemic has led to an alarming number of accidents reported by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). The importance of cycling gear, especially helmets, could help reduce the risk of serious injury or death. In some cases, students with busy schedules cannot afford to wait in line and have to buy food elsewhere. In this study, the researchers have used a software-as-a-system web application that aims to provide a more efficient system in school cafeterias for faster waiting times. iACADEMY students were chosen to theoretically browse lists of available items, place, and track orders, as well as get e-receipts of their orders. After getting to test these features, most of the provided feedback leaned towards the application accomplishing its goal of maximizing break times and reducing waiting times in the cafeteria. Other feedback also mentioned bugs as well as the lack of several features while testing the web application. With the feedback mentioned above, along with the need for cafeteria food stall staff members to test, more research is needed to improve the web application to solidify its objectives
